Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. So many people stick to this verse and don’t want to see any more scripture.
This verse reference to the people 2000 years ago, they were the ones cut in to, thrown in to coliseums and eaten by the beast. According to bible in this age we should follow Gods commandments and be justified by God himself.
Romans 8 vs. 1
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death.
Then how can we be in Christ?
John 6 vs. 53 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.
It is only through the Passover that our Father Christ AhnSahngHong that we are saved.
Matthew 7:21-24 Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
It is by doing Gods will that we are justified and can enter the kingdom of heaven not by only believing (that is the first step).
